These Terms govern your use of the De Wet Van Rijkdom mobile app. By downloading or using the app you agree to them.

1. The service
De Wet Van Rijkdom is a personal-finance organisation tool. It lets you record income, expenses, debts and investments, and presents educational principles for building wealth.
2. Not financial advice
The app provides general budgeting tools and educational content only. It does not provide personalised financial, investment, tax, or legal advice, and nothing in it should be relied upon as such. Always consult a qualified, licensed professional before making any financial decision. Sample data and “principles” are illustrative and do not represent a recommendation.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate information when creating an account.
4. Subscriptions & billing
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription, sold through Stripe in the web app and through the Apple App Store / Google Play in the mobile apps:
- It unlocks personal-advice requests and premium Library content.
- Payment is charged to your chosen payment method (web, via Stripe) or your App Store / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
- It renews automatically for the same period and price unless cancelled before the end of the current period (app-store subscriptions: at least 24 hours before).
- Manage or cancel a web subscription via “Manage membership” in the app (the Stripe customer portal; cancellations take effect at the end of the billing period). Manage or cancel app-store subscriptions in your App Store / Google Play account settings. A free trial’s unused portion (if offered) is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
5. Acceptable use
Do not misuse the app, attempt to disrupt it, reverse engineer it (except as permitted by law), or use it for any unlawful purpose.
6. Intellectual property
The app, its branding, and content are owned by [Your company / legal name] and its licensors. You receive a limited, non-transferable licence to use the app.
7. Disclaimer & limitation of liability
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for financial decisions made using the app.
8. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
