This Privacy Policy explains how the De Wet Van Rijkdom mobile app (“the app”, “we”, “us”) handles your information. Please read it carefully. You must publish this policy at a public URL and enter that URL in both App Store Connect and the Google Play Console before release.

3. Where your data is stored
- Local mode (default): all data stays on your device and is never transmitted to us.
- Cloud mode (optional): data is stored in your private account in a Supabase database, isolated per user with row-level security and transmitted over HTTPS.
4. How we use your data
Only to provide the app’s features: showing your financial overview, syncing across your devices (cloud mode), and managing your subscription entitlement. We never sell your data or share it with advertisers.
5. Subscriptions
Premium subscriptions are processed by Stripe (when purchased in the web app) or by Apple (App Store) / Google (Google Play) (when purchased in the mobile apps). We do not receive or store your payment-card details; those are handled entirely by the relevant payment provider. For web subscriptions we store a Stripe customer reference linked to your account so we can manage your membership status.
6. Data retention & deletion
- In local mode, deleting the app removes your data from the device.
- In cloud mode, you may delete individual entries in-app at any time, and request full account and data deletion by emailing support@dewetvanrijkdom.nl.
7. Your rights (GDPR/EU)
You have the right to access, correct, export, and delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict processing. To exercise these rights, contact support@dewetvanrijkdom.nl.
8. Children
The app is not directed at children under 16 and we do not knowingly collect their data.
